WORTHY PRESIDENT MESSAGE

 Hello, you lucky Brothers and Sisters who cursed the Hot Temperatures of last Summer. Our Puget Sound Temperatureshave been almost the same below freezing as they were above. Hope you are enjoying the great weather? Some Sunshine and a lot of chills. Keep warm everyone. Step outside and get alittle frost nip, it will rev up your engine or curl your toes. We do have a few things going on that you might be interestedin hearing about: 1.) February 4th the Auxiliary will host the Grand Madam President at the Aerie. Expect many State,Local Officers and members to show up for her visit to Renton.All Renton members are invited to the dinner (No meeting). 2.) February 6th, Super Bowl Sunday the Aeriewill be open and have a Chili Cook Off, so enter your chili. You can also come down and enjoy eating the chili, some Hotsome not so Hot. All will be edible. Oh, yes we will also have the Super Bowl game on to watch. Come and enjoy the game with the rest of us! 3.) February 12th is the famous LOVE event for all the lovers.I understand that along with the great food, the Auxiliary is arranging some new and exciting events to happen during theevening. Come and find out what they are going to spring on us. 4.) February 25th the Aerie will have the Wine Tasting Survivalevent at the Renton Eagles, time will be 7 PM to 8:30 PM. Thecost will be $30 each person. Rick can discuss with you mostanything you wish to ask him about wine and food. There willbe a limited number of tickets for the event.As you can see we do not have much going on?I wish to thank all of you that helped on the New Years Party!!


 

MADAM PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

February is going to be a very busy month starting with the Grand Madam President’s visit on Friday the 4th. Dinner will be Roast Pork for $7.00. Dinner will be served on the Aerie floor. The Red Hat Society will be joining the Grand Madam for dinner.
Don’t forget Super Bowl Sunday on the 6th and bring your Chili in to enter in the Chili contest.
Valentines Day is always a Special Event at the Club. We will be having live music both Friday and Saturday night. The special Valentine Dinner on Saturday with other activities later, shooters, raffles and silent auctions and other fun events.
Our kid’s Dart Tournament will be on Feb. 13th. We always have lots of fun with food, prizes, awards and many talented dart shooters.
Solidarity is on the 19th. This has been going really well. Everyone seems to really enjoy coming to the club once a month having dinner and socializing with the Solidarity group. Everyone is welcome. Prime Rib is the Special but the menu is always available.
The Charity Breakfast on the 20th is to help support our very own Brother Ken Schnorr in his campaign for State Trustee.
On Feb. 25th there will be a Wine Survival Guide Event from 7-8:30 pm presented by Rick Remillard. Come in and learn and get know wines.
Events at the Club are always fun – if you have any ideas, bring them to someone’s attention. We are always looking for new ideas and always need more people to get involved in what is going on in the club. The Club can only survive by the support of its membership.
We need Volunteers in Feb. for the Friday and Saturday night dinners, also for the Valentine party. Items are also needed for the Raffles and Silent Auction. We are also short a couple of Volunteers on the 3rd Sunday Breakfast, which is the Charity Breakfast.
The Red Hat Society is having so much fun and have so much planned. Don’t miss out on all the fun. Join Up Now.

Wow! Schools out, graduation is over and Summer Vacations have started.

Even though our membership is gone or busy most of the summer we will still be having Sunday Breakfasts, and also food for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday nights. So come on in and enjoy some great food. 

I would like to congratulate our Past Madam Presidents ritual team on a great job at State Convention in Wenatchee. Now that that’s over it’s on to Nationals in Reno, Nevada. 

Sunday the 18th is our Charity Breakfast with the proceeds going to FunVention for the Past Presidents Scholarship fund. 

During Renton River Days we have a lot of activities at the Club. The day begins with the Spinnakers Pancake Breakfast put on by our Spinnakers Drill Team. The Past Presidents will be cooking the Buffalo Burgers and the fabulous Indian Bread. The Past Madam Presidents will also be holding a bake sale. Don’t miss all the great food and a chance to see the parade with all your friends. 

Come on down and join us on Meeting nights. The Auxiliary meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. The Aerie meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday with a dinner. Come down for dinner and join in on what happens within your Aerie. It’s your club, come be a part of it. 

Don’t forget we have a Meat Raffle once a month and we also do a drawing every Friday and Saturday night for a FREE Wednesday night dinner. 

Solidarity this month is on the 17th. We do a raffle for a Dinner for 2 and we have a great time and the food is wonderfuo survive with the support of it’s membership.
